After a couple weeks of no diapers (not even at night) with no accidents I think that I can say Mia is potty trained! Hallelujah! I remember thinking this day would never come. I was really quite surprised at how smoothly this all went. Mia picked out some princess panties and decided she wanted to wear them, so I told her she could but to not get them wet. I have a friend who works at a daycare and said potty training is her favorite... she said just put kids in panties with diapers during naps and at night and in a couple days they figure it out. Sure enough... we stayed close to home for a couple days and just a few accidents later (and some major bribery of course) we were there! Although Mia has already started working the system... she figured out that if she uses her potty chair more frequently even if not a lot comes out she gets more treats. Thankfully we've been able to scale back from lollipops and cookies for her BM... to now just 2 marshmallows :) Especially since shes gone from one BM a day (when in diapers) to now sometimes 4.... she's really milking it! Sorry.... probably too much detail :)

That's great!! I know, I always dread potty training and it so far it has turned out to be way easy. We do the same thing and in a few days they have it down. We just barely trained Michael and it's nice to only have 1 in diapers. You are smart to do it before #2 comes. I actually had 3 in diapers at one time...that wasn't fun. :)
I really need to get on this with Asher. I've been sporadic in my attempts with him, and he tends to get so busy doing "stuff" (like acting like a dinosaur) that he forgets until it's too late. Kaia also completely milked the system with treats, so I've kind of strayed from doing them at all with Asher but maybe that would be the impetus we need to finish training him.

I'm totally jealous! Emma knows exactly what to do, she just has no desire to do it and is not motivated at all with cookies or lollipops. Go Mia (and you, Lisa)!!
I would love some pics or video of her on the potty peeing but please be sure herpussy is in full view
